Pool – Saltwater pool heated by AquaCal heat pump, which heats pool in off-season and cools pool in-season. Consistent air temperature of 45 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool. Cost to heat is $400.00

Ground Floor: The lower level contains a comfortable recreation room with a large flat screen TV, foosball table, KING MASTER with private bathroom, second bedroom with TWO TWIN BUNKSETS, a common full bathroom and laundry facilities including an iron and two ironing boards. Outside amenities include a cabana bathroom, hot tub, fenced-in private pool area and volleyball court.

First Floor: A large open foyer, FOUR KING MASTERS and one QUEEN MASTER, all with flat screen TVs and access to a covered deck.

Second Floor: The top floor great room is brilliant with light from the surrounding full length windows. The well-stocked kitchen is spacious and provides ample seating for large meal preparation. The granite island and six bar stools provide ample space for casual dining. The formal dining area comfortably seats ten. The great room includes another casual dining table for four and opens to covered decks with ample outdoor seating to enjoy summer sunshine. Generous seating is available and a queen sized sofa bed provides an additional sleeping option. One KING master with Jacuzzi tub is located on this level. The loft includes a pool table, wet bar, and mounted flat screen TV.

All bathrooms include a shower caddy and hooks for robes and bathing suits. Gently used or new games and puzzles for every age are plentiful. DVDs and books are available for all ages. New large pots and pans, serving and food storage containers are available for large meal preparation. Two coffee pots, a tea kettle, NutriBullet and a single cup Keurig are available for our guests’ pleasure.
